Green Friday, Olam's biggest, annual sale.

Olam Specialty Coffee is a company committed to providing sustainably sourced coffee from all around the globe directly to its coffee roasters.

The Discover Our Origins campaign is meant to create buzz by introducing a new audience to Olam Specialty Coffee's brand values while reaffirming why the existing audience loves the brand. By highlighting what is unique, unusual, and beautiful about the brand, Olam can continue to expand it's current audience and use this momentum to promote Green Friday, their biggest annual sale. On Green Friday, all of Olam's coffee is 5% off site-wide, and provides Olam with massive single day profits.

The goal is to create trust with Olam's audience and plant seeds about Green Friday leading up to the event's promotion through engagement across Olam's digital platforms. (This was an internal project at Marketwake to learn the process of designing a digital campaign, and not used for the actual client's campaign)

+ In-depth research into Olam's Specialty Coffee's brand and their audience engagement.

+ Designed digital assets to use across Olam's social media and email lists to use over the course of the campaign.

+ Created a landing page concept to help promote the digital campaign

"A digital campaign to highlight the over 30 different origins of Olam's sustainably sourced coffee."

Instagram, Facebook and Emails are where Olam already has high engagement so using those digital platforms as the jumping off point to introducing this campaign would provide it with the most visibility.

By maintaining engagement with Olam's audience and using this campaign to lead directly into Green Friday, there can be an effortless and smooth transition built out over the course of a few months teeing Olam's audience up for the prospect of conversion when the big sale happens.
