The industry leading patient scheduling, electronic patient check-in & eligibility verification solutions. Since 2004, Clearwave has been revolutionizing the patient experience with their platform.
to optimize the user experience and better serve the user journey as they move through the website and learn about the platform.
The scope of the project included refreshing the user interface, delivering a clearer user journey, and providing Clearwave with updated graphics and icons throughout their site.
For this project, I assisted the lead visual designer Michelle Lung at Marketwake through the entire process of building the website.
+ Provided website concept options to present
+ Assisted in website wireframes, mock ups, and development
+ Learned the web design process and how to design for the user journey
+ Used Envato element graphics to create semi-custom digital illustrations
+ Created custom animated gifs for a texting visualization feature
From the initial concepts to the actual website design and development, I was able to get an in-depth view at the entire process from start to finish.
Building digital illustrations around a common style to create continuity as the user moves through the website. Pulling in the brand colors throughout.
The website project was in collaboration with my mentor at Marketwake, and I was given every opportunity to be hands on at every step from the wireframes to the website development.
